Thank you, you have been my saviour. My husband is in plaster, unable to put his foot down. The scooter around town has been brill, we have now hired one for the duration. He’s independent once again and we are both extremely happy.

Whilst it would be preferable to have Trustees that would consider themselves disabled, we welcome anyone to apply if they feel the role would be beneficial to both themselves and Bristol Shopmobility.
Your main duties will include:
- Being present and contributing at Trustees meetings.
- Complying by the charities governing document and the law.
- Assisting the manager and staff members in the operation of the charity and helping decide how would be best to deal with any issues.
- Always acting in the best interests of the charity.
- Helping ensure the charities future, not only for the short term but also longer term solutions.
- Relay any access issues in and around Bristol City Centre so we can work together to resolve.
Please note, this is an unpaid role but expenses can be covered.
